Shipping Policy

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 5–10 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) and shipped via USPS. Tracking information is provided for all orders.

Free Shipping
Free standard shipping is available on orders totaling $80 USD or more.

Custom & Handmade Items
Custom and handmade items require 1–2 weeks for production, followed by 5–10 business days for shipping. We will keep you updated on your order's progress via email.

Shipping Address
Please verify that your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, an unclaimed package, or unpaid customs duties or fees, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs required to resend the order.

Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with household members, neighbors, or your local post office, as packages are sometimes misplaced after delivery. If you are still unable to locate your package, please contact us within 3 days. We will work with USPS to investigate the issue. After the investigation is complete, we will determine the most appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or a refund at our discretion.

Holiday Shipping
To maximize the likelihood of Christmas delivery, please place your order by December 15. While we will process and ship your order as quickly as possible, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed due to carrier delays during the holiday season.
